It will soon be ready for your next activity – a private tour of Glamis Castle. Built in 1372, Glamis is mentioned in Shakespeare’s Macbeth and has served as the ancestral home of the Earls of Strathmore for centuries. It is also where Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, was born.

Here you will explore the castle’s interiors, its wide expansive rooms, and learn more about its fascinating past. As evening falls, you will be escorted back to the Gleneagles Hotel where you will have the chance to relax before your final meal of the day.
